In 2012, Touch A Life completed the first phase of our long-term rehabilitative care center for trafficked children. This facility is the only one of its kind in West Africa and, thanks to our generous supporters, not only is the first phase of construction completed, but the center is now also home to 47 beautiful children who have been rescued out of slavery. It truly is a dream come true for them to have a home of their own. When we finish second and third phases of the center, we’ll have capacity for more trafficked children.
As part of our second phase of construction, we are currently working on securing a team to help us build our fifth children’s dorm, Zachary’s House, which will break ground in early 2014. Check back for updates on the facility!
